Minimum Requirements: Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes with appropriate experience. Preferred Qualifications: Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree - M.D or D.O. Completion of accredited surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship program. Board certified or eligible in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
