A growing manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities with a strong focus on welding operations, manufacturing efficiency, safety, and quality.

This onsite opportunity offers $71,000-$80,000 and is ideal for candidates with production leadership experience in welding and industrial manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and welding operations
• Oversee MIG, TIG, and robotic welding processes
• Coordinate schedules, labor, and workflow to meet production targets
• Support quality initiatives and production efficiency improvements
• Monitor KPIs including output, efficiency, scrap, and rework
• Lead production employees, welders, and operators
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Drive Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Supervisory experience in production environments
• Strong understanding of MIG, TIG, and robotic welding
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience with production scheduling and KPI tracking
• ERP systems and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

• WPS/PQR documentation knowledge
• AWS, ASME, or ISO experience
• High-volume manufacturing background
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

Compensation & Details:

• $71,000-$80,000 compensation range
• Full-time onsite role
