Senior Project Specialist - Project Controls & Analytics (Hybrid, Southern California)

The Senior Project Specialist provides advanced project controls, analytics, reporting, and documentation support for electric utility programs. This role may focus on construction support or data analytics depending on business need. Locations Southern California (Redlands, Pomona) Tracks Track A – Project Controls / Construction Support Key Responsibilities – Project Controls Maintain documentation and version control Support construction scheduling and coordination Manage project databases and tracking systems Utilize Primavera, SAP, and scheduling tools Key Responsibilities – Analytics Develop dashboards and performance reports Perform data extraction and forecasting analysis Support executive presentations Track regulatory and clean energy metrics Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years project support, controls, or analytics experience Preferred Qualifications Power BI or Tableau Utility industry experience SAP / Primavera knowledge Compensation and Benefits In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated Base Salary Range: $76,500 – $95,700 annually Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions.
