Senior Property Manager

Cottonwood Residential is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Salt Lake City team! This position will manage our Cottonwood Highland and Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT. Compensation & Benefits of a Senior Property Manager Competitive base pay and quarterly bonus structure! Qualifications & Preferred Experience of a Senior Property Manager Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required. Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience. REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred. National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred. Entrata Core experience is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred. Job Summary of a Senior Property Manager Manage and oversee overall operations of the properties, including maintenance and office functions. Regularly communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors. Effectively lead property teams to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
