About the role

We're looking for a senior B2B Marketing Generalist to build and scale demand generation across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.

Your work will shape how the Indian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make the top choice for every enterprise evaluating voice AI, whether for conversational agents, or creative applications.

What you’ll do:

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across priority industries, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.


• Build and execute programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound, choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.


• Partner closely with sales, product marketing, growth, design, and global marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.


• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and know what moved the needle.
• Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly.
• Relentless commitment to excellence - holds a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact
• Is curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.
