Specialist - Physician Practices

The primary role of the specialist is to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent strategic field call strategies. The objective of the work is to drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services in alignment with the organization's growth strategies and business plans. This individual positively represents the hospitals and care centers clinical service lines and medical staff to referral sources with the intent to develop and strengthen referral source relationships that contribute to the organization's reputation and market position.

Education:

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a business marketing or healthcare focus or eight years' experience in field sales if no Bachelor's.

Experience:

• A minimum of three years of outside field sales experience preferably in health care and/or physician/practice relationships or other related sales experience. Clinical experience a plus.
