Commercial & Residential Elevator and Lift Services in the Long Island, NY & NJ Areas All-Ways Elevator, Inc. is a locally owned and operated, full‑service elevator company specializing in commercial and residential installations, modernization, maintenance, and repairs. We are currently seeking an Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in the elevator industry. You’ll work hands‑on alongside experienced mechanics, gaining real‑world training while contributing to meaningful projects. If you’re motivated, dependable, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this role offers a clear path of growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Maintain work sites according to industry safety standards Assist mechanics with daily tasks and project work Maintain and organize tools and equipment on job sites and in service vehicles Track and maintain inventory and supplies needed to perform work Keep job sites and service vehicles clean and organized Complete CET training and continuing education courses Communicate effectively with mechanics, supervisors, and office staff Travel to job sites throughout Long Island, NYC, and New Jersey Perform additional tasks as assigned

YOU SHOULD HAVE

Minimum 1 year of elevator industry experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record OSHA 30 certification Knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to lift and carry 70+ pounds Strong communication skills and familiarity with elevator technology Reliable and punctual work habits
