Work Environment

The role is onsite at our advanced rehabilitation facility in Livermore, offering a professional and state-of-the-art setting to facilitate hands-on therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and design customized rehabilitation plans to address specific mobility issues.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, typically handling 1–2 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality, individualized attention.
• Implement evidence-based clinical techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to enhance patients' recovery processes.
• Continuously monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques based on their evolving needs.
• Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately using WebPT, maintaining comprehensive patient records in compliance with industry standards.
• Cooperate with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and nurses, to provide holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with patients experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our focus is on enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and restoring functional independence in every patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.
• An active California physical therapy license or the capability to obtain one.
• Demonstrable clinical reasoning skills and a hands-on, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually , complemented by a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Our comprehensive benefits are designed to support our employees' health and well-being.
