Job Title

This position performs work of considerable difficulty in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of engineering, operational technology and water resources staff.

Salary: $115,354.53 - $170,725.03 Annually

Location: 8401 West Monroe Street, Peoria, AZ

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven years increasingly responsible professional experience in civil engineering and five years of supervisory experience. Requires broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures.
• Registered Professional Civil Engineer in Arizona upon hire.

Preferred/Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in a municipal or government setting.
• ADEQ Operator Certification.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems, including treatment and SCADA.
• Supervisory background of engineering professionals.
• Experience in the planning of water and wastewater systems.
• Experience working with development.
