I opened my agency in 1998 and lead a small, close-knit team of three. I bring nearly four decades of experience with State Farm, having spent many years in the claims department before becoming an agent. That background gives our office a deep understanding of insurance from every angle and allows us to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support to our customers. Staying connected to the community is important to me. Im actively involved in local leadership through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and service on the citys Pension Board, which reflects our commitment to being engaged and invested where we live and work. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jack Graham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
