Dynamics NAV & Business Central DeveloperLocation: Philadelphia, PA (Remote considered with occasional travel)Salary: Up to $130,000A growing food manufacturing company is seeking a Dynamics NAV & Business Central Developer to support, enhance, and optimize its ERP environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing to deliver system improvements, customizations, integrations, and ongoing support.Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions.Design and support integrations with third-party applications and business systems.Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and optimize ERP performance.Create technical documentation and support end-user adoption.Qualifications:5+ years of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central development experience.Strong expertise with AL, C/AL, extensions, customizations, and integrations.Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or food manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Familiarity with SQL Server, APIs, and reporting solutions.Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.Why Join?Stable and growing food manufacturer.Remote flexibility with occasional travel to the Philadelphia area.Competitive compensation package up to $130K plus benefits.Opportunity to have a significant impact on ERP strategy and business operations.EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
