Full-Time or Part-Time
Looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team at the front desk. If you enjoy meeting people, helping guests, and working in a relaxed, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions.
- Help guests with requests and provide friendly customer service.
- Handle payments and basic front desk paperwork.
- Communicate with housekeeping and other team members.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
- Help address guest concerns and make sure guests have a pleasant stay.
- Complete other basic hotel tasks as needed.
- Help out with laundry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and welcoming personality.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our system.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
We’re looking for someone who can be dependable, show up ready to work, and provide our guests with a positive experience.
