The Parts Administrator will manage and coordinate the inventory of industrial machinery and automotive parts, ensuring seamless operations within the parts department. This role involves meticulous handling of data entry, invoice processing, and customer support, while frequently interacting with external vendors. Utilizing custom inventory software along with Microsoft Excel and Access Database, the administrator will operate with a balanced level of autonomy under supervisory guidance to maintain efficient parts purchasing and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of industrial machinery and automotive parts using custom software tools
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records in inventory systems
• Process and handle invoices efficiently to support financial accuracy
• Provide timely customer support related to parts inquiries and orders
• Coordinate parts purchasing and maintain communication with external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Organizational skills and effective time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in parts administration
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
