Passion for Fitness is looking for a motivated and experienced Functional Strength Trainer to join our growing team in Exton and Phoenixville, Pennsylvania . This is more than a training position it's an opportunity to grow with a team that is passionate about helping people become stronger, move better, and live healthier lives. What You'll Do Coach clients through safe, effective functional strength training Develop individualized training programs based on clients’ goals and abilities Work with clients to improve strength, mobility, movement, and overall fitness Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional client experience Work collaboratively with our coaching team Continue developing your skills and take advantage of opportunities for professional growth and leadership What We're Looking For Functional strength training experience Relevant fitness/training certifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for helping people achieve their goals Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Availability to work with clients in Exton and/or Phoenixville, PA Why Passion for Fitness?
