Systems Support Specialist

DR Power LLP

Generac is seeking a Systems Support Specialist II to provide on-site IT support at our Waukesha headquarters. You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and peripherals while coordinating with the IT team. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with training and documentation, and maintain asset inventories. Occasional after-hours on-call and travel to other facilities may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
