Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 25-36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Required qualifications Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C Experience working with children, teens, and families Strong technological skills, including familiarity with Zoom, GSuite, and EHR systems Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred
