In-House Counsel
Lyneer Search Group
Our client is an established commercial real estate group with a portfolio of mixed-use commercial properties, suburban malls, office buildings, etc. The position will be on-site with an average work week of 30 hours.
Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day legal matters related to commercial real estate
- Lease Agreements
- Contracts
- Transactions
Requirements:
- 15+ years of Real Estate Legal experience
- Ideal for a person looking to slow down their career
Position will be onsite 4 to 5 days a week from 8 AM to 2 PM.
