We are partnering with an innovative AI-focused technology organization helping enterprise customers transform complex business operations through applied artificial intelligence solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, product thinking, and AI implementation.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where ambiguity, innovation, and execution all coexist.
Position Overview
As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery through deployment and adoption. Working closely with technical and delivery teams, you will help customers identify high-value AI use cases, define business outcomes, and guide implementation efforts that drive measurable impact.
This role requires someone who can bridge business strategy and technical execution while building trusted relationships with stakeholders across both customer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders and end users
- Lead strategic customer engagements focused on operational transformation through AI
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve workflows and business outcomes
- Translate customer pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Define project scope, desired outcomes, and success metrics
- Drive end-to-end ownership of customer engagements from initial discovery through deployment and adoption
- Partner with technical teams to ensure solution quality, reliability, and measurable business impact
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to execute customer initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Help prioritize initiatives and manage competing business requirements
- Support customer onboarding and user adoption activities
- Gather customer feedback to improve platform capabilities and solution offerings
- Iterate on deployed solutions to maximize customer value and ROI
- Analyze operational workflows and enterprise data environments
- Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements
- Support creation of business cases, ROI models, and executive presentations
Required Experience
- Experience leading complex client-facing projects or strategic initiatives
- Background in consulting, enterprise technology, AI solutions, product strategy, or digital transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or enterprise software solutions
- Exposure to workflow optimization, analytics, or operational transformation initiatives
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Python, SQL, R, or related technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise software deployments or customer implementations
- Strong customer empathy and relationship-building ability
- Bias toward action and problem solving
- Strategic thinking paired with operational execution
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
