Foster Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas organized, clean, and hygienic to promote a healthy environment. Accurate Documentation: Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and daily activities to ensure effective communication with the care team. Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, individualized care.
