About the Role
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Laser Operators . No previous manufacturing or laser experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training to teach you everything you need to know.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a new skill, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate TRUMPF laser cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload sheet-metal material.
* Set up machines according to production requirements.
* Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
* Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual inspection.
* Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
* Maintain accurate production and quality records.
* Keep the work area clean and organized.
* Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
* Work closely with other operators, programmers, and manufacturing personnel.
Requirements
* No prior laser experience required
* Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience Company Description
