• 1 day per week -- any weekday -- ongoing coverage
• 8 am - 4 pm, no weekends, no call, no holidays
• Approx. 20 patients per day
• Personal injury and workers comp pain management group
• Referrals received from other specialties
• Interventional procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
