Sanitas Home Health Care is hiring Spanish-speaking LVNs ( Female LVN preferred per family request ) for home health care cases in Torrance, Gardena, and South Los Angeles.
We are seeking reliable, compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 patient care in the home setting. Immediate openings available.
Available Shifts:
Torrance (90501): Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Gardena (90248): Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
South Los Angeles: Monday–Friday day shifts ( possible Saturdays )
Additional cases also available
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Medication administration
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Trach care, G-tube care/feeding, and daily nursing support (depending on case)
• Assist with outings or doctor appointments when needed
• Communicate with family and care team
✅ Requirements:
• Active California LVN License
• Spanish-speaking required
• Trach / G-tube experience preferred
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
