Tri-County Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children from birth through age 18 across South Carolina. Our Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy teams work collaboratively to help children build the skills they need to participate more fully and independently in everyday life. We are growing our Anderson team and are looking for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide services in both our Anderson clinic and surrounding community. Why OTs Choose Tri-County Therapy Collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and therapy assistants Dedicated OT clinical leadership and mentorship Established referral network and consistent patient volume Bonus compensation opportunities Opportunities to develop specialty interests in areas such as sensory processing, feeding, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and early intervention Continuing education support and CEU scholarship opportunities Therapy materials and equipment provided iPad provided for documentation Professional growth opportunities within an established and growing pediatric practice Variety of clinic and community-based treatment What You'll Do Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized plans of care Treat areas including fine motor development, visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills, sensory processing and regulation, feeding, self-care and activities of daily living, executive functioning, and other functional skills Provide therapy in both our Anderson clinic and community-based settings Develop individualized treatment activities and home programs to promote carryover outside of therapy Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and progress Identify potential needs for adaptive or sensory equipment and assist families with obtaining medically necessary equipment when appropriate Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress reports, plans of care, and discharge documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, educators, physicians, and other professionals involved in the child's care Build your skills in the areas of pediatric OT that interest you most What We're Looking For Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Pediatric experience through employment or clinical rotation Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones from birth through adolescence Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills A family-centered approach to pediatric care Experience with sensory processing and/or pediatric feeding is a plus, but not required Compensation Full-time W-2 employment Base compensation includes both direct therapy and administrative responsibilities, such as documentation and caregiver communication Bonus compensation opportunities based on productivity Full-Time Benefits Health and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education programs CEU scholarship opportunities Professional liability coverage iPad and therapy materials/equipment provided Optional vision, life, and short-term disability insurance Clinical Support That Goes Beyond a Caseload Our therapists don't have to figure everything out on their own.
