WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

Strong candidates should demonstrate experience with enterprise FOIA case-management systems, Federal FOIA operations, database/system administration, system configuration, user and role administration, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, reporting and analytics, system enhancements, release management, user acceptance testing, training, documentation, data quality, and stakeholder coordination. Experience supporting Federal agencies and operating under tight deadlines is particularly valuable

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Database Program Manager support for USDA's enterprise-wide FOIA system under PWS Task 3. Serve as the system administrator for USDA's enterprise-wide FOIA system. Create and configure agency-specific workflows and processing steps. Establish and maintain users, roles, permissions, and organizational structures. Configure system settings to support USDA FOIA operations and business processes. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution of technical and operational problems. Develop, configure, and maintain reports supporting FOIA program operations, management oversight, and reporting requirements. Support system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and implementation activities. Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and enhancements. Develop and maintain system documentation and user guidance. Provide training and technical assistance to system users. Support data quality, system functionality, and effective use of the enterprise FOIA system. Coordinate with USDA stakeholders, system users, technical personnel, and other appropriate parties to address system requirements, issues, enhancements, and operational needs. Perform other Task 3 database/program-management functions necessary to support USDA's enterprise-wide FOIA operations.
