Healthcare Call Center Associate – Work from Home As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries. Call drivers include insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, technical challenges, and up-to‑time sensitive real‑time support. You manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems. Punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success and your role as an associate. Responsibilities Handle a steady volume of incoming calls and emails related to healthcare inquiries. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide accurate information and solutions. Conduct 3‑week virtual training and a 1‑week nesting period; no missed training days. Type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy. Apply strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. Be available to work weekends. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or college degree. Background check completion required. Passability to navigate three work systems with an average of 20 callers per day. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $16.50 per hour. Medical, dental, and vision benefits available from day one of employment. Paid time off accrues after 180 days of employment. Eligible for bonus or incentive based on business needs. Work is fully remote with provided equipment (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cable, power cables). High‑speed home internet (minimum 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload) with a hardwired Ethernet connection is required.
