On-Site Accounting Assistant - GAAP & Reconciliations

Omnia Healthcare Group

Omnia Healthcare Group seeks an Accounting Assistant to join the finance team in Lincolnwood, IL. This on-site role supports payroll reports, cost reports, GL review, and reconciliations while maintaining GAAP conformance and organized financial documentation. You will use Excel and Word daily, handle data entry, and maintain schedules with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
