Social Worker - Behavioral Health

Provide clinical services, primarily individual and group therapy and case management care to patients in a hospital-based outpatient mental health clinic setting Complete intake assessments, individual and group therapy, collateral and family involvement, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation Efficiently incorporate case management duties within work to enhance patient care Actively engage in supervision and professional development by attending trainings Meet productivity expectations of 9 daily visits set by the department Requirements Master's degree required NYS License/Registration as a Social Worker required (LMSW/LCSW) Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required Ability to cover dual locations.
