  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to establish and monitor treatment goals reflective of their unique needs.

  • Design, implement, and assess treatment plans, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse client population experiencing varying levels of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth platform allows you to connect with clients from various backgrounds throughout Arizona, ensuring that high-quality mental health support is accessible to all.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and unrestricted license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health counseling field or related areas.

  • Strong understanding of community mental health resources and practices.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
