Marketing Manager - North America (Miamisburg)

Identis North America Inc. is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to serve as the dedicated marketing resource for our North American business. This role partners closely with Sales leadership and coordinates to Marketing HQ in Italy to translate business priorities into effective marketing programs for direct customers, distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.

This is an opportunity to own initiatives from concept through execution, contribute to product launches and go-to-market strategy, and help shape a growing regional marketing function. As the business expands, the position may evolve into responsibility for building and leading a North American marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North American Sales leadership on day-to-day sales enablement, targeted campaigns, customer communications, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Participate in go-to-market planning and execution for new products and solutions, including positioning, launch communications, and sales readiness.
• Plan and execute distributor and reseller promotions, partner incentives, co-marketing activities, and channel engagement programs.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, target segments, opportunities, and differentiated messaging.
• Own and coordinate North American Partner website content, product and solution collateral, sales presentations, and marketing communications in alignment with corporate branding.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events, attend events as a company representative, and confidently deliver live product demonstrations after training.
• Manage marketing calendars, projects, vendors, campaign reporting, and lead follow-up coordination with Sales.
• Build repeatable processes that can support a larger North American marketing organization over time.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, hardware, software, financial technology, or identity solutions.
• Experience supporting direct sales and/or distributor, reseller, or partner channels.
• Hands-on experience producing presentations, product materials, marketing campaigns, and launch support.
• Strong written communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Comfort learning technical products and explaining their value through in-person demonstrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM, website content management, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to travel within North America for trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings.

Preferred experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technology, financial services technology, banking equipment, secure identity, hardware, or software.
• Distributor/reseller marketing, product launches, channel promotions, website CMS, marketing automation, and event management.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and collaborating with global marketing teams.
