Insurance Defense Litigation Associate
LHH
LHH is recruiting an experienced insurance defense associate for the Nashville office of a leading law firm. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in defense litigation, representing insurance companies in defense of various claims and providing coverage opinions.
Experience Sought:
- 2+ years of experience with an insurance defense firm (tort defense and/or healthcare liability defense experience preferred)
- Coverage experience preferred but not required
- Experience handling all phases of pretrial litigation, including preparing and responding to discovery requests, legal research and writing, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions and trial, preparing for and attending mediations and settlement conferences.
Qualifications:
- JD with strong academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee, or ability to become licensed in TN
