• Full Time - 1st shift

  • $7,500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time!

• Part Time- 1st shift and 2nd shift

• PRN or Casual opportunities available

• Located: Frederic, WI

• 8-Hour Shifts

• 60-Bed Facility

• Current RN License Required

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Ability to administer medications and IV certification

• Knowledge of state rules and regulations

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
