Position: Registered Nurse Location: Surgical Neuro Science Intensive Care Unit (SNICU) Schedule: 36 Hours (Nights / Rotating Weekends) About the Critical Care/Surgical Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit Department at Boston Medical Center: The surgical/neuro science intensive care unit (SNICU) is a 28 bed unit that provides post‑operative care to BMC’s most complex patients. Patient types include trauma, neurology, cardiac surgical, vascular surgery and general surgery. Position Summary As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient‑centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve. Compensation Range: $38.05- $75.33 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
