Our team is looking for a Quarterback to help take our team to the big game! We are looking for like-minded players that share the same values and ambitions.

We are a well-established commercial landscape & snow removal contractor looking to add team members in our commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement divisions. Full-time, year-round positions starting immediately.

We are looking for  passionate people who strive for  excellence , have  integrity , are  accountable , and crave  growth . Experience in landscaping preferred. Our company provides comprehensive training for all team members. Se habla espanol.

JLS Landscape & Sprinkler, Inc provides landscape maintenance and enhancements for a variety of industrial, commercial and public properties. Our mission is to provide welcoming landscapes for businesses and their teams to enjoy, while being stewards of the environment and helping our team members to grow within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong industry knowledge in commercial grounds maintenance and basic landscape installation. Be an leader and motivate your team to encourage increased productivity and consistent quality. Lead with a belief in our core values.

All aspects of landscaping Installation, Maintenance, and Renovation.

Mowing turf grass using riding and walk-behind mowers and string trimmers.

Safely perform mowing and enhancement operations for our team and our clients.

Pruning shrubs and trees.

Caring for clients’ properties and the equipment of JLS.

Installing and replacing trees, shrubs, rocks, and mulch.

Repairing irrigation systems.

Communicating with team leaders to provide the best customer experience possible.

Other duties as assigned.

Must have a valid Drivers License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
