Job Summary The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, and leading receiving processes for production. Job Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods Define and implement receiving and shipping process, improve material flow in the plant Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and reconciling with warehouse team Coordinates/organizes staging and shipping of products Analyze root cause for inventory discrepancy and develop corrective action plan to resolve defined issue Supports training of any new warehouse employees or other employees interacting with warehouse Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures Maintain and update key performance indicators Job Requirements Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives Ability to think strategically and interact with all levels of the organization Problem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes High ethical standards Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Basic skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with ERP software strongly desired At least 3 years experience with progressive responsibility in warehouse role Experience managing others is a plus Forklift Certification strongly desired What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion EOE/Vet/Disability CRH is an equal opportunity employer.
