About This Role The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Highlights Pay: $97,156/year Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care. Maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare teams through effective communication. Collaborate and provide clinical input for appropriate bed placement. Prioritize ED throughput to inpatient units. Proactively round on and assist nurse residents and new skills. Manage patients at risk for clinical deterioration through surveillance and house rounding. Assess and provide recommendations for patient care. Assist with clinical troubleshooting and high-risk nursing interventions. Provide support during rapid response and inpatient code blue calls. Mentor nursing staff in managing complex patient challenges.
