House Cleaning Professional

We are hiring housekeepers to clean customers' homes using our proven system. This position offers a flexible schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and you can control your income through a guaranteed minimum wage and potential tip earnings. Responsibilities Clean customers’ homes according to company standards – follow our process to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Manage team schedule and vehicle (team lead only) – drive safely and keep the car stocked with supplies. Perform basic equipment maintenance – ensure cleaning tools and the vehicle remain in good condition. Benefits & Pay Aguaranteed base pay of $14.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $18.00 per hour plus tips. Paid time off. No night, weekend, or holiday hours. Aflac benefit programs and bonus structure. All cleaning supplies, training, uniform, and a company car. Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping, maid, or janitorial services. Valid driver's license. Background check clearance. Physical ability to perform standard housekeeping tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead). Monday‑through‑Friday availability, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Preferred bilingual communication skills.
