Senior Federal Project Manager - Remote (A-E)

Actalent seeks a Senior Federal Project Manager for A-E services. The role can be remote from Guam with consideration for candidates across the Pacific Region, including Hawaii and Japan. You will lead federal projects with diverse sizes and complexities, cultivating client partnerships and ensuring feasible, high-quality designs.
Responsibilities include scope definition, risk management, and coordinating a federal program team. Travel of 5–20% is required; PE/RA/PMP certification is preferred.
