As a Sales Executive for our Central Maryland operation, you are responsible for new business development in a productive, sales-driven environment, running the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Your ambition directly shapes your income, career trajectory and future. OTE (base + commission) 90k+ first year, 125k+ second year

Core Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline
Initiate the sales process: schedule appointments, understand account requirements, present tailored solutions, negotiate winning deals
Close wins by building rapport, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success
Additional responsibilities as assigned to support growth and results
Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
2-3 years successful B2B sales experience with a "hunter" mindset and passion for achievement
Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)
Strong skill set for prospecting, learning and developing a territory
Proficiency in CRM systems, strong data entry and organization of sales data and MSO skills
Outgoing, dynamic personality
Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up
Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close
Ability to coordinate activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams
