Viridian Staffing's client is looking for an experienced Cannabis Retail Store / Dispensary Shift Lead for a Cannabis Retail Store up to 30 minutes outside the Everett, Washington, area. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original, professional staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry. As Shift Lead, you will get the opportunity to direct budtenders, along with opening and/or closing the store. You will follow and ensure that all team members are following standard operating procedures. You are known for your ability to inspire your staff to drive sales, keep the store fully stocked, and provide a great customer service environment. You have a "Lead by Example" approach, which has influenced your team in the past to strive for continuous improvement. You take pride in ensuring the store's appearance is welcoming and has an environment where customers get excited about returning. You'll bring with you 1+ year of experience managing retail teams and ideally have at least 6 months of experience as a shift lead/assistant manager of budtenders. You have experience managing all aspects of a retail store from inventory and vendor relationships to scheduling and coaching. You understand that this position will include working nights, weekends, and some holidays.
