Bookkeeper
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper. This role is similar to a night auditor. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance and reconcile the store safe daily
- Review and process cashier tills from the previous day
- Prepare daily bank deposits accurately and securely
- Coordinate with the bank to order and pick up change as needed
- Enter and maintain daily financial data in the store's computer system
- Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start early mornings
Work Schedule:
- Early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM
