Clinical Team Member

Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a busy practice setting. This role involves supporting physicians and ensuring smooth patient visits with a focus on quality care and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, prepare patients for exams, and collect vital signs including weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Document patient histories, chief complaints, and physician instructions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, splinting, dressings, and medication samples.
• Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications regarding test results.
• Maintain clinical supplies, ensure exam rooms are clean and organized, and uphold sterilization and equipment functionality standards.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
