Job Details

• Position Description: Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse working on a dedicated unit featuring 30 beds and staffed by 52 personnel, including RN s, PCT s, and support staff.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, RN license, Med Surg experience, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Staff are required to be present by 6:45 pm and attend huddle at 6:53 pm. The unit has a strong reputation for teamwork and support, recognized as Unit of Distinction for three consecutive years. Nurses floating to this unit find it a welcoming environment with ongoing support, snacks, and a nearby Starbucks.
• Specialized Skills: Oncology experience preferred, particularly with procedures related to GI and Gyn Oncology.
