Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Aesthetic Nurse Injector role based in Frisco, TX. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory agents, following evidence‑based protocols and upholding the highest safety standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, educating clients on procedures and aftercare, and documenting all treatments accurately in medical records. The role also involves collaborating with the clinical team, supporting laser and skincare services as needed, assisting with treatment photography and progress tracking, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with aesthetic best practices. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will help foster a welcoming, professional environment that reflects the spa’s commitment to natural, elevated, and client‑centered outcomes. Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Texas; current BLS certification. Demonstrated experience in aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators) and strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety. Client consultation, assessment, and treatment planning skills, with the ability to recommend tailored, evidence‑based solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain procedures clearly, set realistic expectations, and build long‑term client relationships. Clinical documentation, time management, and organizational skills to manage schedules, chart accurately, and maintain treatment consistency. Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to coaching, and willingness to participate in trainings, workshops, and certifications in aesthetics. Comfort working in a luxury, service‑focused environment, with attention to detail in client experience, professionalism, and confidentiality. Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics is highly desirable.
