Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base + Incentive Compensation Plan
Work Setting: On-Site | Elsmere, KY
Systems: AMS360 experience preferred

A highly reputable, well-established independent insurance agency in the Elsmere, KY market is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support its growing book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small to mid-market commercial P&C accounts with a strong focus on renewals, retention, and proactive client service.

• Analyze coverage, exposures, and client needs to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

• Handle policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, and claims support with accuracy and professionalism.

• Market and quote new and renewal business using established carrier relationships and rating tools.

• Partner closely with producers, underwriters, and carrier reps to secure competitive and comprehensive coverage options.

• Maintain thorough documentation within the agency management system to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Provide timely responses to client inquiries, resolving issues with a solutions-oriented approach.

• Offer support, mentorship, or guidance to junior team members when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within an independent agency environment.

• Active Property & Casualty License required.

• Experience with EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 (strongly preferred).

• Solid technical knowledge of commercial coverages, endorsements, program structures, and carrier appetites.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRIS, CISR) are a plus but not required.
