Schedule: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery / LDRP for a 13-week contract opportunity in Globe, Arizona. The RN will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum services.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn phases of care.
Assess maternal and fetal status, monitor labor progression, and respond appropriately to changes or obstetric emergencies.
Support deliveries and provide immediate postpartum and newborn care while promoting patient safety and family-centered care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate individualized maternal and newborn treatment plans.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in required night-shift, holiday, and on-call coverage.

Requirements

Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Applicable Compact RN License Required.
Minimum 4 Years of Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics / LDRP Nursing Experience Required.
Current BLS,BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certifications Required.
Current AWHONN and NIHSS Certifications Required Per Requisition.
Flu Vaccination Required; Candidate Must Reside More Than 100 Miles From the Work Location.

The Labor & Delivery RN will provide skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered maternal-newborn care while supporting safe outcomes throughout the childbirth experience.
