The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts. The unit typically has a daily census of four patients and a patient ratio of 2:1. The candidates will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various services, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccine mandates is required, with exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.
