We are actively seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivational individual to join our team as part-time Zumba Instructor in Laguna Niguel. This role is an opportunity to inspire and empower members by delivering engaging, safe, and effective group exercise classes. Ensure Program Excellence: Deliver engaging, safe, and high-quality classes aligned with organizational standards. Maintain Safety and Standards: Uphold safety regulations and ensure proper care of equipment and facilities. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Age: 21+ years old. Education & Experience: Preferred: Two- or four-year degree in health, exercise science, recreation, or physical activity-related field. Coursework in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and kinesiology preferred. Up to 2 years of experience in aerobic/anaerobic and strength conditioning required. Related background in health and/or fitness. Certifications: Current Zumba certification required. YMCA covers cost for mandated renewal fees for Zumba certification.
