PM District Leader

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10AM-7PM. Must be flexible to travel to multiple locations. Overview As District Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day restaurant operations for a group of restaurants and develop and implement strategies to help your region meet its goals and support overall business objectives during afternoon and evening hours. Responsibilities Guide overall business strategy into day‑to‑day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers. Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained. Minimum age 18 (or higher, per applicable law). Proven ability to work in a service‑oriented environment with exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
