Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads plant maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and driving continuous improvement. This role oversees maintenance supervisors and technicians, manages preventive maintenance programs, and supports safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S methodologies. Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and spending controls. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance. Support equipment troubleshooting, process improvements, and change management initiatives. Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement strategies to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven success improving equipment reliability, maintenance KPIs, and overall plant performance. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, ControlLogix, HMI systems, and CMMS software preferred. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S preferred. Experience managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and preventive maintenance programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
