• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Unit type: Acute
  • Submission must disclose if the clinician has previously worked for the healthcare provider. If previously employed, the end date must be at least 12 months prior to the submission date.
  • The facility does not accept local candidates and enforces a 50-mile radius restriction.
  • Call-Off Policy: The client may call off or cancel up to 48 hours per 13 weeks with a two-week notice.
  • Non-Billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours of non-billable orientation; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
  • Charting System: EPIC
  • Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
